In line with this trend, Delta has leveraged its years of expertise in magnetic components to develop the Molding Type PFC Choke. Compared to traditional ring-core platforms, the size of a single PFC Choke can be reduced by 66% while maintaining the same electrical characteristics. The overall PFC Choke module size can be reduced by 45%, and weight decreased by 34%, effectively reducing the weight of the OBC (On-Board Charger) system and achieving energy-saving and carbon-reduction goals.
