Calorimeter
sensors are used in calorimeters to measure water temperatures
and to determine transported heat volume through warm
water pipes for billing purpose of heat counters and
district heating operators. Therefore, it requires high
precision and long-term stability. The measurement equipments
Cyntec uses to ensure these requirements are as following:
High precision oil bath
Operating temperature: 0¢J~105¢J
Temperature stability: ¡Ó0.01¢J
Accuracy: ¡Ó0.005¢J
HP
34401 and others
The products meet
the definition and regulation of IEC-751, Class B:
¡µt=¡Ó(0.30+0.005x t )
Besides, they meet the requirements of EN1434:
Et=¡Ó(0.5+3x¡µ£pmin/¡µ£p)%
Et:the relative measuring deviation due to temperature
deviation
£p: water temperature difference between input and output
£pmin: minimum temperature difference (by 3)
Every piece (pair) of calorimeter sensor to be shipped
is measured with the below mentioned three temperature
points to ensure its accuaracy, and the measurement data
are released to customers for record when shipments are
effected. The maximum temperature deviation for the same
temperature point among a pair of the clarometer sensors,
0.1¢J is quaranteed.
0¢J
50¢J
100¢J
In addition to being QS 9000 / ISO 9001 Certified, Cyntec
has the ¡§Certificate of Independent Test Laboratory Approval
ISO/IEC 17025¡¨ and ¡§CNLA (Chinese National Laboratory
Accreditation)¡¨ high quality products can be difinitely
ensured.
